Sorry mang, I'm still not understanding your problem...

I'll quickly explain how I record tracks on the mpc that will control an external devise.

the midi is like this...
midi keyboard midi out to mpc 1 midi in, mpc a midi out to external synth or sampler or keyboard midi in.

In MPC sequence, select track, choose midi out "a" channel 1 (to channel 1 on your keyboard), record notes with keyboard, select unused track, change midi out to a2, record more notes that will play on channel 2 of your keyboard, blip blap bloop, keep selecting new tracks and changing the midi out on new track to correspond with the channel on your keyboard that you want to control. I can't tell you how to use your keyboard, or how it works, but you may need to change it's midi mode from omni to poly, so it will play on separate midi channels as you record them on the mpc.
Hope that helps. I would also recomend reading the manual of your keyboard and the mpc, especially the sections on midi. That's about all i can do for you. hope it helps.

http://www.stereoroid.com/sounds/mpc1000/mpcmidi1.php
this is a start for midi hookup to the mpc. Also, go to midi mode: sync in:off, sync out: AB. Somewhere on your keys, set midi clock to external, slave, whatever it's called in that the mpc is the master. This way, when you play back the seq., the sounds are triggered by the mpc play button.
My keys (PK6) have multi mode so each midi channel is assigned its own sound: ch.1-synth, ch.2- guitar and so on.
