Broken pad??

I have noticed over the past 2 weeks or so, that the bottom left pad on my 1k is much less responsive than the rest. I find that i have to hit it in a specific place (normally bottom left of the pad) to trigger it properly. has anyone else experienced this? Ive had my 1k about 2 months, but it was bought second hand, so i dont think i can return it, besides im pretty sure it wasnt like this when i first got it.
What would you guys reccomend? fix it before it gets worse? repair it now? leave that pad allone (kinda difficult cause its my Kick mostly)?

Yeah mine came with a duff pad. Well, not as good as the others.

I don't really notice it now but might get it fixed before warranty's up.

f*ck i hate this man, i have the same problem but on my pad# 2,3,6,7
realy pisses me off cuz now i gotta switch the samples to the upper level pads to work properly...im thinking of going to where i bought it and see if they can do anything....

do u guys think u can just buy replacement pads? or am i screwed? does this mean it can never be fixed or what...

yea i got 1,2,3 fcked up.

and wtf can akai do to help all us customers?????
