erasing samples in compact flash

Does anyone know how to erase a sample from the cf card??.I 've been able to erase things after they are loaded but the sample stays on the card.Is my only option transfering the samples i want to keep to a second card then to format (erasing) the original card.

Erasing samples from cf is in the manual I'm sure of it.

Maybe you were erasing the pad assignment and/or erasing the sample from RAM. Erasing from CF is a different story.

hilight-To: ROOT
press window
find sample with the wheel and hit delete
