i was surfing the net one day and caught a wave that lead me here:

http://www.lacostamusic.com/getsigned.htm

don't know if this will be helpfull to anyone. I didn't finish perusing the site myself but i just thought first of my fam here. Let me know if this is good or not.

then on another day, i caught a wave that lead me here:

http://www.taxi.com/

but once i got here, it looked kind of familiar, as if i caught this wave from this site awhile back. maybe i didn't.... don't remember due to the greenery that was wrapped up in this paper i found in my pocket.

I listed with Taxi back in the 90's. They accepted for forwarding over 20 pieces of music...no call backs. Esentially they review your music and forward what they think is good for the client. Everything else they reject with a critique and send you a copy. It was good for the ego to get so many approvals but esentially I ended up paying for a pat on the back...I would have rather had a b$$w job...Personal networking is still the best way to get work...
