ok heres more of my ought to know questions....

1. can i import my own midi sequences into the mpc 1000?

2. do ALL the wav files that i load save onto the 32 standard flash card?
(i know its upgradable to 2 gb, dont that seem a bit small?)

3. and lastly when i bounce out to pc, is this done via usb as well? or do i need to send it out to my mixer?

if these questions are stupid so be it, i am in the newbie section

JH, really, the answers to these questions are in the free manual at the akai site. No one wants to answer such basic questions that are in the manual. How do we know they are in the manual cause most likely the person who tells you that has ran across IN THE MANUAL the ansqers to the questions that you bring up. They are not stupid questions, they are just answered by the manual that's all.

I think that's the reason why people say RTFM (read the free manual).
