My jogwheel won't stay on track when I use my 2KXL. It's extremely frustrating to use. I opened it up and saw that the part is probably broken. The part doesn't seem to be easily replaceable considering that MPC parts are damned near impossible to come by and the jogwheel stem is soldered to the board. I'm thinking about sending it in to get serviced. Does anyone have any experience with getting a broken MPC fixed. Are there any other options for me? How much is it going to cost?
