I was curious if anyone out there has gutted a s3000xl for the output board as I remember they look exactly the same as the 2000xl.

I did it last week, take a floppydrive cable, connect it at the s3000xl board and it works fine.

Save $250? well if your gonna spend $250, spend $225 and get the 8 out that is for 2k and save $25.
