Main Signal.

Can u set the 200XL to have its main out sounds like in sample mode or trim mode go to outs 1 and 2 of the expansion out card? I dont have space on my mixer for it and i also dont need the main outs bi dont use it to record.

Well if i understand u right. When u are in sample mode u dont use the Main outs u use the Record IN. U come out better gettin a bigger mixer or removing some things that u dont use or something. So my question is that is if Im understanding u right U dont record from the MPC? So why do u have it then? Is it a MIDI controller or something.

OF COURSE I USE the MPC, it would be silly not to, I just dont Record from the Main outs. I have outs 1-8 connected.

That question was ALL twisted around I couldn't understand it cleary..
Please rephrase it and I'll try again to understand it..

YOu know how when you are in sample mode, or trim mode the sound plays through the main outs, well I dont have room for my main outs on my mixer, so i dont have them hooked up to my mixer. I wanna know if I can send the main sound thru one of the 1-8 outputs, which i do have inputed into my mixer.

Well remove two from 8 outs and then add main outs. Basically remove 7/8 and replace that with L an R main outs on MPC.

In this situation, some use headphones for monitoring in the sample/edit screens.
