The Art of Drum Layering...

I´m interested in this ebook named above. But before I buy it i just wanted to know if someone of you guys has done any experience with it. You do? Then please let me know if it´s worth its price.

There was a thread on what people thought of that ebook and the eqing one a while back. You should try and search for it.

Its alright. I learned some stuff. I knew some stuff already. I'd say its worth the $20. Knowledge is power.

not to diss the product but surely its not rocket science;

snare - full vol
rim - 50%
clap - 25%

use note off, play around with the tune

simple

perhaps that would achieve one particular sound but what about the myriad of other drum sounds?
