MIDI BULK DUMP

I use a MPC 2000xl to sequence my Motif es6. I also have a Triton extreme and I'm trying to keep from having to save on 3 different devices. I want to be able to just save and load all midi data from the MPC 2000XL. any clue how I do this. DO any of you have similar setups. HOw do you save.

I save on both devices because each one has its on settings. Im not sure if its possible but I have never thought of doing it nor have i tried to save all midi data on da mpc. I save it on da MPC and on whatever else device im using.

Read the es6 and Triton manuals on how to do patch/peformance/setup sysex dumps. Recording and playing this back is not much any different than any other midi data.

When I hit send bulk dump on my work stations the MPC shoud say recieving. It does nothing. When I hit request it does nothing. Can anyone go to Midi-Dump- then set you Midi in and out and hit recive to see if the screen says Recieving............. THnaks alot. Just want to see if its just my 2000XL.

MPC dont say recieving.....I do my sysex via the step edit screen

Instead of hitting rec, go into step edit at the start of the seq

What u need to understand is how to apply it to your module
