HELP: 1/4 stereo outs not working because i used the digital

I plugged my spdif into the digital out for a mix down but now i cant seem to get the stereo 1/4 outs to work agaian. Its made the digital out as its default and i can't find anything on this in the manual to change it back.

Any help would be great

when in the record screen, in the top left corner you can change the input from digital to analogue.
this is in the manual tho.
