Wow.. neva knew that when i picked it up from a dollar crate 8)

An OG copy of that record in nice shape goes for around $20-$40, more for mint/ss. A dollar is always a good deal for a blaxploitation soundtrack!

I do have a point here though. Prices you see on a set sale website for a desirable yet well known record usually only indicate how much is TOO MUCH to pay (99% of the time anyway). Otherwise somebody would have bought it already!

Many people who sell records on the internet know little about the actual value of records, and price them according to web searches of other peoples mistaken and inflated prices. This creates a second inflated value for the record because they are all copying each others pricing. Even worse, some other fool on the internet will eventually pay that ridiculous price (numbers game, law of averages, more dollars than sense, whatever you want to call it), thus reinforcing the idea that the high price is correct and reinforcing the behavior of the ill informed record seller. It's not really a bad strategy on the sellers end because if they can afford to wait they will get stupid money for their record eventually. SO... buyer beware.

Some people say it's worth whatever you're willing to pay for it. Well that's true... until you go to sell or trade it, that is.

Here ya go, found a pic

It's not rare, but not super common like the first Shaft record. Again worth $20-$40 in good shape from those who know. I did find one for $5 though, from someone who didn't know heh heh.
