I got mad problems with this.

I have sync my 60 with cubase (master) and it sucks. It hangs very much.

I programmed an simple straight quantisized drumloop 4 Bars.

Now, when i do play in cubase and my mp run simultaneously, it sound like, when the beat is shuffled. sometimes the snare comes in former times and sometimes later.

the hihat don´t run straight.

i won´t work with 4 bar loop in the cubase. I want do arrange in the song mode the whole song.

so, guys how you handle this?

thx

in the next days, i upload some loops to explaine you that damn thing.

i also think, my 60 has some bugs....ahhhhh i´m despaired.

i´ve tried so many, but this sucking machine don´t do what i want.

the timing suuuuuuuuuccccccccckss! ah

i hope the mpc 2500 is not too expansive.

What OS are you running, what midi interface? I have no problems running the 60 with the computer. If you are playing audio from the computer and the mpc at the same time your computer souncard's latency setting will cause a mismatch.

Take it slow and see what is mesing up the timing.

you mean 3.10, good. make sure your frame rates are matched in the SMPtE menu, it might not make a difference, but it might, so match em. Take your Computer's midi out and plug it in to In 2 on the 60. Also, are you trying to sync computer playback with 60 playback? if so you should mute the computer outputs until you have everything recorded in the multitrack then mite the 60 and only listen to the multitrack, each should be in sync with itself.

I don't know if your using a labtop or a desktop computer. But, if your using a laptop with an external audiocard on it (if your using a laptop for audio production you'de have to) . Make sure your using a FIREWIRE card. A USB card is to slow. I have an Maudio f/w audiophile card on my laptop and I use acid for all my loops and even sequencing (sometimes), and have had no problems with latency. I also use an MPC 60II vs 2.12. The reason I say this is the I used to use a USB midi interface and had the same problem until I switched. Hope that helps.
