thought i'd try something new and gave it a go earlier, its pretty difficult. the beat i had on the mpc didn't go with the break i was juglin to well. am gonna give it another go tomorrow with a beat and break that match better. its tricky, cos doesn't allow you any space for imperfections, but quite good fun still. need to get my mpc sett up closer to my decks really for this.
Its a really good way of improving your timing, you should practice like this if you got timing difficulties
