Try putting your Attack setting to 1 or 2. And maybe your Decay setting to at least 1 or 2. It might help (?)

Like Itchy said the decay thing or attack thing might help, sharp increases/decreases in a waveform will cause clicks and pops. Also try shifting the sample start time up/down a couple of notches in order to attempt to get the start point closer to an actual zerocrossing.

"this thread suggests he actually BOUGHT a 60 without "
Well, at least this one is less obvious than most. The ones I get a kick out of go "I just bought xxxx on Ebay last night, I have not received it, can someone tell me something about it?"

Everyone is pretty much down to help but some don't care to bother with or read manuals and treat this as "the first place to ask about my gear" type thing. When the person should be diligently trying to help themselves as much as possible. After all it's their gear and their money.

"I ordered an MPC4000. Can it do drums like the other MPC's?"
"I'm getting an MPC1000 next week. What kind of batteries does it take?"

My question is, if it has 100,000 notes, how many drums does it have?"
