I sat at my mpc for like 45 mins the other day just to get my simple hihats to sound right. I do them all by hand

I would like to know how to get those crazy hihats like three six mafia has

theres no way a human does that shit - but I could be wrong - I have head stories of hihat masters that can break that shit like its nothin.

but that aint me

I need something to apply these hihats perfect timeing extremely fast

how do you do this with the 1k?

please

example: go to time correct. Switch the note value to 1/32. And then to try it out, just hit play and hold "note repeat" down along with the pad.

not a newbie

just did not know the function

have no manual

never tried it

I dont know how to read times

1/32 means nothing to me as of right now but I will learn

unless you have more information to help me out on how to read timing

i wasnt being an @sshole. i was just sayin.

you can download the manual from the akaipro website.

If you read in the newbie section, the newbie bible. That will teach you alot of things that you need to know.

Word! Just read his posts. Mostly questions, general comments, and nothing informative.

And play with note length when you have your high hats close together too. Because when you leave a short space between hits it makes them sound much tighter. So look up your note lengths in tics after you learn the basics about notes. And most off all.. dont give people sh!t when they are taking the time to help you. Its no big deal if they give you a little grief since its on their dime, and and also because they already went through the grief of figuring it out a while back since they already know how to do it. Respect?

to play anything that is too hard for you to play in real time just slow the tempo down to a speed that you can play the desired pattern without error then put the tempo back to the original speed
