Autochromatic Tuning

Do i have to retune my Autochromatic Assign to make a proper sounding bassline or will it still sound right if i leave it in -10 +10 step increments

what do you mean?

+ or - 10 steps is all you need, although the lower/higher you deviate from the root note, you'll find that you may need to change to 11 or 12 or 9 or 8, as the pitch may start to drift a little (usually over the 120 mark).

Much better to multisample as you never have to go any higher than +/-30
