Within Reason, you have to set your MIDI. I assume you have a computer MIDI interface. Make sure it's set to the MIDI part your MPC is attached to.
The MIDI In Device for all channels you'll be running needs to be set for each device within reason. Set em all to different channels.
Set Reason to MIDI Clock Sync if you plan on sequencing both on MPC and in Reason. If just MPC, leave off.
On the MPC, you need to set up each track for a different MIDI channel corresponding to the MIDI channels of the devices in Reason. Make sure your cables are connected of course.
You'll need to map your MPC pads to standard keyboard note layout (maybe setup an autochromatic assign and then switch over to MIDI instead of Drum?) or set for playing the drums of Redrum or drum programs in the samplers of Reason.
