First Gem, after Months of digging around here

Got a chi lites self titled album for 5 bucks at a shop like 2 mins from here, didnt even know it exsisted, i been going to the thrift shop for like hte past year, just getting what i can there, this new place has lots of ish, alot of rock though

jst pick'd up 10c.c.'s got dope ass drum loops, plus when the leve breaks by zepplin!! i tell you don't do it DON"T SLEEP ON ROCK,

yeah, since istarted diggin more than a year ago, id just get what ever would look interesting, but now that i founda shop thats 5 bucks a record, instead of 50 cents each, i gotta know what im buyin

ima pick up some interesting looking rock records next time i stop by

you gus have a classic rock station out there listen to it and you'll hear the stuff you see in the bins or stuff that you wont waist money on , trust me i'm pick sometimes on how i choose records,i'm on a fix'd income so i need to be picky but when i buy i kow the stuuf i get or have heard someone plays in the band that star'd in another band, i this this record yesterday that had DAVID BOWIE it was like one of the first bands that he started in ,didnt pick it up because it was trashed(the vinyl was).

but check out your local classic rock station you wont be sorry that way to you just dont listen to hiphop you need to expaned you music herizion's
to get better at diggin

AS of right now, all i litsen to is rock, System of a down, thats it, other than a few choice hiphop acts

thats cool but i'm talking more like doobie brothers, zepplin, vanhalen CCWR,that kind of stuff thats more raw instruments then synth based music thats what i like about 70's rock they where real musicians back then. yeah sorry i may have confused you when i said rock back in the days thats what it was now it's called classic rock.

see this is what i hate how music genre's change and without any notice.

Good suggestion EDE. I always listen to the classic rock station in my car cause all it has is a radio and everything else on the radio around here sucks. I listen when I'm on my way to one of my spots and I often find something I just heard on the radio that I don't have yet. Might not work for everyone, but I like classic rock just to listen to. My ass is gettin old haha.

Pink Floyd, Golden Earring, Fleetwood Mac, BTO, Allman Brothers, Skynrd, Steve Miller Band, The Who, man I could go on and on. There is a ton of 70s rock that you will never hear on the radio that has great sounds too, so while radio is a good introduction it can get a lot deeper than that. 70s is a great time because of the heavy drum sounds that were popular back then.

yeah great one shot too those drums kick ass. yeah those groups you mention'd i got a lot of that stuff too, i grew up going to little league practice listen to that stuff on the radio while in the back of my coaches ford truck great tunes bring back my childhood you kno.
