i got a hook for a cheap mpc 1000, but ive been browsing the mpc1000 section lately and saw a lot of "problems with it" threads. are they kinda shitty lot of problems? anyone?im probalby better off savin for a 2000xl than droppin it on a 1000 right now. input por favor. payce.

i hardly had any probs with mine, dont use it rigorously but all i get is the occassional freeze

before the latest OS I had the odd sample that didn't play in my sequence's once in a while, but its never happened to me on the current OS.

i'm very happy with the 1000.
