I think there is a couple of bas sounds on the MPC CD, but your better off looking on the internet for bass .Wav samples.

If you have a computer you can transfer the samples to a zip drive, or use simpleXfer to put them onto a floppy disk.

Go to http://www.mpc2000xl.com/software.htm to get SimpleXfer

If you dont have a built in Zip drive on your computer (If you have a computer) you can get a USB one for fairly cheap from Best Buy.

hope this helps.

If you are looking for just the basic sinewave bass, you know the one that shakes car windows and junk, you can make it from scratch in just about about any GOOD wave editor. IE, sound forge or cool edit pro.

BTW, I have no problem with analoguesamples.com - it's a free site as far as I can tell, and certainly not competition to my site. I only have issues with people giving out free adverts for my direct competition. I'm quite happy to support resource sites like analoguesamples - that's how MPC-Tutor started. 8)
