First I stripped the original paint off

Then laid the primer as a base coat

Then I put the color and top clear coat on

Right now I'm having masks made to put the graphics back on... That should be done by tuesday so I'll put up completed picks when its back together and has the graphics on it for the whole effect.

Are those sparkles?

The paint color shifts. It looks rainbow because of the flash. The color shifts depending on the angle in normal light.

Looks like a Gary Glitter outfit, and therefore tacky as hell. :D

But, if you like it like that, then that is what matters. 8)

The paint isn't glitter paint at all, It looks like that because of the flash. It actually looks like the irredecent grey color that shifts depending on the light and the angle you look at it.. I'm having a mask laser cut today and should be putting the graphics back on tomorrow. Stripping it is the easiest part. If all else fails go to Auto zone and buy can of automotive paint stripper for 5 bucks, but where some gloves because the shit will give you chemical burns. I took it to my job and stripped it for free. When I put the graphics back on I'll put up new pics so you can actually see what the color looks like.

The whole sparkle effect really died down when the paint dried. It really has this dope irredecent color shift going now.I just got the mask lasered for the graphics. I'll be putting them back on tomorrow and should be taking picks and uploading them in a day or two if anybody is inderested.

i power sanded my mpc case down before i painted it, and it looked ill like the top photo, just rugged you know? i was gonna keep it like that, but the moisture in the air caused it to start to rust.
