WAX, what exactly do you need??

I can supply you with APS files, ALL files, MPC OS' but thats about it really.
what I need to do is look at the structure of a midi file and compare the differences between a all file and see what data is the same in order to know what to extract.

sorry but what about a Open Source?

I just made my first program (pgm) file with your editor and it works very nice! Thanks a lot wax, good effort.

Oh, If there would be one thing I'd change, its having to press the Control button to hear the sample play. I'd make it default but maybe its just me...

Great work! 8)

Thanks; glad to hear you're using it.

I intended the primary purpose of the pad buttons to be for selecting different pads for editing. The right mouse button is used for dragging pads and layers, so I had to decide on a key.

Oops...not intentionally.

I'm not considering going open-source at this time.

I have the most stupid problem: the msi installation file will not run on my (win Me) PC. Is this normal?
Does bluebox feature a copy pad function (i.e. copy a pad to another pad in the same programme with all identical settings (filters etc.)?
Could you make available the README as separate file to read it before installing?
Thank you for your effort.

If you have trouble using MSIs in Win ME, you may need to download the Windows Installer package. I've put links on the BlueBox webpage to download it from Microsoft. I will also make the readme available in the installer before you commit to installing.

You can copy a pad and all its settings (which includes layers, mixer, envelope and sliders) by right-click-and-dragging a pad select button onto the desired pad select button. These instructions are included in the readme.

I am glad someone else is willing to program something on the windows platform. I don't even have (or care to have) a windows machine here and further development on my software has slipped since I got my degree. Having a windows machine has just been to costly and too much of a security risk.

I recently prepped a new live set on the MPC1000 since I have more gigs coming and I found that I didn't even need to use software. I found it amazing at what I could accomplish on the machine with nothing more than a calculator.

I hope nothing but the best for the new software.

wait, what made you think i was talkin about you.

Yeah but the 2000XL uses .pgm files so I do see why it wouldn't work for that!!!!

go ahead and try it. i'm just telling you from what the writer of the program stated when he first wrote it.
