Im leaving tomorrow to check out Full sail down in Florida. Has any one been there, if so drop some knowledge and let me know if its any good. thanks yall

I haven't been there but I have some information on them that they sent me....Have no clue where I put it but I can tell you it's a great school for music production!!!!

^^^---NO...Sorry...It is only a good school for studio engineering...They don't teach you one thing regarding producing music...or at least not on an MPC...My homeboy runs a studio down here, he just graduated from Full Sail 1.5 years ago....I am now in the process of tutoring him on an MPC...

my boy went there, and he learned tons about studio engineering, nothing about production though, like a real mc said.

Good engineers can often produce and do it well....Cant be said vice-versa tho . Go for it. U'll come out on top

And if you wanna be a good producer or even mix your own tracks, you have to know how to engineer somewhat....and why would they teach you about the MPC?...It's not the only piece of music equipment out there!!!!

Yeah...but, in order to produce music...You typically use some type of sampler...the first reply said it was good for production....I was just stating that it's not, it is for engineering...that's all...I'm out...
