Here in Australia they're called Besser Bricks. I've always used them, very sturdy and customisable. Never need to worry about buying studio furniture.

The monitors are Yamaha NS10M's which were the industry standard when I bought them about 14 years ago. Sadly they don't make them anymore because the trees used for the pulp to make the cones are almost extinct.. Or something like that.

Those besser bricks look alot like the cinder blocks we use here in the states. Are they hollow in the inside? Just curious, since I used to do construction work back in the day.

Anyway, I started re-arranging my gear again, but only took one snapshot of my triple tier stand to show a friend, since he needs a new stand for his JD-800 and other gear. I didnt take any pics of the rest of the lab, since I still need to reinstall my studio foam and do some other renovations beforehand.

Yes, they're hollow inside. Probably similar.

Good to see you've got an MC202 aswell. I used to have one of those way back.. Probably should have never sold it.

No doubt... I love my 202. I only bought it a few months ago. They sell like crazy on ebay. I paid $450 USD for it, which is worth it, considering the unit and the manuals are in excellent condition from the original owner. I've seen some beat up looking 202s without the manuals sell for even more, so I got lucky. The 202 will retain it's value and possibly increase in value over the years. A few years ago, they were worth maybe half the price. When it was fisrt discontinued, people couldnt even give them away, due to the lack of MIDI. But that MSQ-100 is a good sync box, especially since I copped it for $30. 8)
