mpc 1000 vids for the newbies

Sparq this is a bit of topic but it says in your sig that u use Reason n a 2000xl. Im trying to use my 2kxl n Reason. How do u have yours connected n what role do they play in your studio. Soz again that its off topic

with both of my mpc's, reason is used as a sound module only. if i am doing a track on the mpc's, i use the mpc sequencer and bring reason in only as a sound mod. i'll use reason's sequencer if i'm doing a track in reason or if i did a track on the mpc and tracked it to nuendo, i'll bring reason back in and rewire it to nuendo.

One last q, do you have it all hooked up to a mixer cus i just had my midi (reason) to midi in (MPC) and keyboard midi out to MPC midi in and keyboard midi in to MPC midi out but the sound kept comming from 2 dif places. If i used a Reason sound it came from the comp and if i wanted to use a sample from my MPC it came from the headphones in my MPC. I want to just use Reason as a sound module like you but use MPC samples all in the ame song. Ive asked b4 but no 1 could drop ne knowledge n i really need help.

go ahead and read up. he speaks about an mpc1000 but the principal will work with all mpc's.

hey sparq can u create a full beat video just for the fun i dont really need it but these rooks probably do and maybe they will QUIT asking for one lol and maybe create one rather then complaining about it which pisses me off

do you mean a vid of me taking a beat from creation to completion? if so, i'll see what i can do.

alright and i hope they sticky it if they do cause all da ish about the 1k makes me mad and when i look at my mpc makes my beat making hype come down a notch lol they should make it a rule not to bich about it come on its a place to learn not complain NOW JUST MAKE A BEAT A i would make a video on a full beat but i dont got a camera
