Steinberg Cubase and MPC2000XL

Hi, i FINALLY got Cubase VST32, just to have another problem... The problem is the Midi Sync.... for some reason I can't get it to Midi Sync.... I'm trying to use the MPC to control Cubase........ and this is how i have it... I have the MPC Midi'd out to my Motif, and also out to my M-Audio Audiophile soundcard. Is there anything wrong with that? Can someone please tell me the settings that need to be set on both the MPC and Cubase? Thanks ~Mike~
