I met dude like a few months ago in a record store out here on the south side, he was real humble for being the father of this shit.

he is real, down to earth and very humble. i met him years ago up in the bronx near castle hill. he was spinning.

joking or not, it's a shame when cats are all into this game and don't know who herc is. does everyone know who bambatta is and what he contributed to hip hop? it would not amaze me to know how many ppl don't know who he is. ppl, if you so called love this game of hip hop, please go way back like kunta kente and learn the roots to this game.

my set today is dedicated to herc and bam there my idoles i've met them both and since i have rejuvinated my hiphop spirit and this is some thing i must do is still keep payin my dues to these cats for all they've done.

my family and Run's family grew up together in hollis, so i knew Russell, Run DMC and JMJ from back in the day. they're madddddd cooooooool people.
