Automating sequence change with Cubase??

Is there any way I can automate the MPC2000XL to change sequence with Cubase?

I have used the search function and searched for "sequence AND change" and also "pattern AND change" and can't find any info on this...

You mean the change the MPC's sequence using Cubase?

That's described in the manual. Try searching there.
