I did post it on the 2k forum. You're right about the OS difference.
I also asked on the 2500 forum, could work on that cause the 2500 OS seems to based on the 1000 on some parts.

^^ i don't have a 1000. :D sold my 2000xl months ago and am thinking about getting a 1000 eventually to use mainly for its sequencer. i'd really like to hear what this sounds like.

Sorry acidsid, i already uploaded a demo.
I used a sample of Funky Drummer cause everybody is familiair with that.

First you'll here the original sample (no glitch).
Second is with a bit of cruch
Third is more crunch
Fourth is James Brown on crack(again)
These are just some examples setting, you can choose anything inbetween also.
