i haven't been in there in ages. i'm more into the excommence pgms folder but i haven't updated in ages cuz nobody really sends me any stuff.

one guy sent me the mpc-tutor sounds but i didn't put em up...heh that wouldn't please the mods too much....

some of em are **** up too but all you have to do is hit "make pads chromatic" in bluebox and they're good.

ok, so i just redid all my drum pgms to make sure they work. got rid of any midi problems by hitting MAKE PADS CHROMATIC.

i have plenty of drum pgms and they're really good for layering, so have at it - everyone will freak em differently so use them as you see fit. just remember, layer layer layer and TURN TIME CORRECT OFF!!

these will sound really shi!tty if you use them for just boom bap stuff. it will sound robotic and metallic. if you're into traditional, overdone hip hop drums like RZA, etc (not that i don't love that to death and acknowledge its worth) use oneshots from mpc-tutor and then layer with these at half volume. if you want a funky or accoustic feel, keep these at full volume and use your layered 808s or whatever at half. experiment and see what sounds good.

as for everytrhing else, please let me know if certain pgms don't work., i'll fix em for you.

I saw the BLINK182 and the strokes...which one is the Green Day drums?

Also...how can I contribute to this list? I think this is a killer idea.

I've got a huge library that I'm happy to share. Anyone have any funk accoustic kits? (ie Tower, EWF, P-funk?)

the green day isn't quite up yet, i got ahead of myself...and the strokes, snare 1 (pad 2) is misassigned, it should be strokedrums 003 not 002. i will fix that.

to contribute to this list, use yousendit.com and send me a pm with a link to a .rar or .zip

enjoy
