midi is not audio, where is the audio coming from?
your bass line must be playing from another unit, to convert it to a wav or any other audio file format you must record it.

the midi information must be playing something, ie an external sound module, you have to record this seperately, or at the same time if you have enough inputs,
we need a bit more info,
what is the midi controlling?

midi is controlling reason's samples..

Ok, one way to do it is to record the midi information from your mpc into reason. If you already have the mpc controlling the samples then simply pressing record with the correct track selected in reason's sequencer will record the midi from the mpc to reason.
Then simply solo the track and select the amount of bars you want and 'export loop as audio file'.
This should do it.
