I have to say that it's timestretch function is nice. Next to no artifacts and this was using a string sample (which normally tends to come out grimy in any other software).

Also, as a heads up to all, if you have a file that other audio editors won't open, Audacity will.

Still won't recommend it as your sole editor, but it works well as a supplementary piece.

I was feelin' Audacity until I bought a Presonus Firebox audio interface and found out that there not compatible. :(
