[cubase] Samplerate

Hi Cubasers,
when I open my cubase 2.0 I'll get the following error:



setup:
Terratec DMX 6Fire
Win XP
Amd 2400+ Atlhon
512 Mb
60Gb
zonnected trough MIDI my MPC2000XL.

I also tried logic platinum from a friend of mine. But I dont got any error syncen is going ok, but when I hit record nothing is recorded not any sound. Strange thing is when I record with cool edit (demo) it will record fine, but CE cant MIDI sync..

I Got my 6fire set on 9600Hz and also tried 44100Hz..

what am I doin wrong??I really really need help, I need to finish some projects..so any help will be great, sorry for this bad English, but my english is better then your Dutch

already did it but no answer

go to your soundcard control panel. make sure the clock it set to internal.

set samplerate there, then match it in cubase.

How is Cubase SX 2.0? Any major improvements over 1.0?

I just began using Cubase SX 2.0 recently. Before that I was using VST/32. The sound on SX 2 is great. Better than VST/32. I am still trying to get the hang of it.
