Is Jaime Fox from Chicago? I heard he was a last minute replacement for R. Kelly. Imagine it, Kanye, Twista, and Kelly, all from the Chi.
That would have been the ish' if your from the city.

Yes. all was taken from that song. Obviously kanye pitched/stretched the **** outta it. because Luther vandross has a mighty deep voice.

the only thing thats really in the way is a very low snare.

Yeah, if you listen to the beginning of the song you can hear the bare sample, the snare sounds more like a side stick when it's pitched and it's just overlapped by Kanye's drums.
