What external samplers do yall use......

We had a good convo in another thread about how we sample on the asrx pro (Peep the red machine by my mpc in my avatar). If u do have an ASRX pro how do u incorporate it in your set up. If not what is everyone else sampling on?

Everything is done on the mpc for now but i plan to cop something else in the very near future.Not because i need it but because i'm a gear whore.

I'm using the AKAI S1000 along with my MPC 60. I'm thinking about switching up or at least getting something to mess around with. Probably an ensoniq rack, or the asr-x.

I used to own the asr-x but sold it to cop my mpc.I never really got the hang of it anyway.I've heard together they do make a killer combo.

well i've heard talks on here that the mpc sampler is not so great..... but i beg to differ... i love this machine ,that was the hole reason i bought it was because the sampler on it , and to sample your own sounds.

i use the 2kxl and some times some times i use my sp202 to sample but i think it sounds way to metalic sounding.
so i use the 2kxl.

Emu E6400Ultra which I haven't used since I got my MPC a month ago. I haven't even turned on my DAW! I'm having too much fun learning the MPC, with the Mixer, Vestax turns and records.
