Well, let's talk about some things. Is the zip connected (EXT) to MPC? IF so, do a disk to disk copy of the zip on your PC and then you will have the same disk copied and available on your MPC as well. I am not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Give a little more info and then I can better answer.

Yeah i'm tryign to do it without a PC.

I've got a ZIP disk in the internal MPC drive. And i want to copy everything on it to a blank disk on the external ZIP drive I've got thus making a back up.

Can't do it without a PC like that. There is no copy zip to zip function on the MPC. I don't think the MPC was built for that right there. You need a PC for that.

well tinkering around with it, i found that if you load a sample from the internal ZIP then you can save it to the Ext Zip drive.

Is there way of doing a save all to the Ext. Drive?

As far as "tinkering around with it, i found that if you load a sample from the internal ZIP then you can save it to the Ext Zip drive" I thought you would have known that already since you can save any sample that's inside the MPC already.

"Is there way of doing a save all to the Ext. Drive?" Yeah, SAVE ALL and SAVE APS is explained in detail in the manual. Those are basic functions that you should have ran/stumbled and fumbled across already.
