nice tip on the original, but I'm thinking you might be talking about Ray Kieth's somewhat new "murdah dub" d&b version, if not it's definately worth checkin' out

I seen Mighty Crown mash up Ricky Troopa, Black Kat, Matterhorn and nuff others..

Rodigan aint about clashing, but in a dance he is one of my favorites coz he dont scream all over the tune and he don't play slackness..

but he aint afraid to bun the batty guy also

I loved the Jr. Gong song like 3 years ago i kinda stopped listening to it, im glad its on the radio though we need something new for a change. But the smaple that Jr. Gong got it from was Ini Kamozi - World-Of-Music.

But the bass is something in reggae thats crucial, bass and drum, drum and bass. I have been into reggae since a young blood. And good reggae is something that is in my collectiong, from a bobby sparks 12" to a lacksley castell og press and signed. all good reggae.

But the bass is only achived by the warmth of reel to reel track recording. if you are serious about getting that sound. invest in a 4 track real to real recorder. thats teh only way:)
