What kind of music do you make with your MPC1000?

hip hop. I haven't attempted to make DnB on it yet, though I do produce some occasionally.

electro, techno, clicks and bleeps and stuff like that.

I'm currently making minimalistic electronic music.

hip-hop and R n B sometiems I get creative and do some that dosnet have a genre.

Anything dark and heavy

im not only going to associate my self with one type of music tho

Is there a feature that makes the MPC more attractive for Hiphop beat making? or is it cultural tradition kind of thing?

Reggae dub, house, hip hop. The pads as opposed to using a mouse or keyboard.

I think it's more who comes to this forum. There's so much e-thuggin and huge egos here that it can give non-hip hop people a headache pretty quickly.
