C & D Bank buttons dont Work!!!!

My C & D bank buttons do not work as well as the 16 levels and full level button just stopped working. When you power up the LED'S come on, but the actual functions are not working.

But everything else is cool? Open that sucker up and put your inspector hat on.

What I think is the tac switches under the button is burnt out and needs to be replaced, but i'm not for sure.......how could i find out though?
