s2000 8-outs compatible with mpc2000xk?

Tell that guy to **** off, they ARE compatible, there are dozens of ppl on here that can tell you out of first hand experience, including myself.

I had the same prob with the white noise, changing the cable helped me, so it should work for you. Don't try to untwist the twisted end, there's a part of the cable that is not twisted. Cut off the rest.

The cable that came with it wasn't twisted. It reached perfectly between the 8 outs and the mother board and fitted fine. Do you think this the wrong cable?.

I'm not sure man, all I can say is i had the same problem at first, then I turned the cable the other way around and things worked fine.
