Noon all
I'm after a case for the XL. Can be a soft padded one or a flight case, But need something to transport it in.
Doers anyone know where I can get one?

Cheers

word of advice, buy a turntable case and get some extra padding to fit the mpc. It will save you some $$$

Or u could get one of those old type hard cased suitcases. Hit up your thrift store or Goodwill and see what u can get. Best bet is to use what u have available. Like for instance i needed some speakers stands but I didnt want to spend a bunch of money jus on speakers stands so this is what I did. I used my keyboard stand and long piece of board and made me a stand. Now i have my monitors sitting on it and a small mixer on it and it works fine for me.(ill try to get some pics up)

Try the above link.
That's what I use. It's the best case ive found. If you can afford it I would reccomend it.
Fits both the 2000 and the 2000XL perfectly, though with the 2000XL you may want a little extra padding on top for a tight fit.

If you nip up to Studiospares at Staples Corner, I'm sure they'd let you have a look at one.

They look pretty cool. Gonna be getting something like this soon. Juke, you checked one of those bags out in the flesh? Decent quality?

Naw mayne. I haven't seen one. Someone posted this awhile ago and said it was a nice bag for the price.

This is the hard case I have for my MPCs.
They've been checked in on quite a few planes now, and many van hours with no problems.

They're not as high quality as some other custom made ATA cases I was considering.........but those cost twice as much.

Nice. I carried my MPC round Leeds in a 10p orange sainsburys shopping bag the other week. What a twat.

I did get to use my MPC on the train on the way back which was cool! Think I was sitting in first class or something. I thought I'd hit the jackpot. Quickest 3 hours of my life.

if you want to go this route holla at proaudioelectronics on ebay..... $52 for an offical ATA Oddessy flight case that fits the mpc. This is where I copped mine and dude is offical and professional. I had my case in a week.
