Open a checking account a Bank Of America. You'll get free checking, no minimum required in your account=no fees whatsoever, free Visa debit card, free online banking, and they might be running a special to get a free iPod as a gift when you open an account, from what I hear.

To clarfiy your last question, a debit card works just like a credit card. You can buy anything anywhere that acepts Visa. The only thing is that you need the money in your checking account. The best thing is that it's your money, so you have no credit card bills.

I didnt know you lived in Holland. Wish I lived there. They don't have debit cards at their banks that you can use as a credit card?

You might be able to get a PayPal debit card (if it's available internationally). Check out http://www.paypal.com. I havent been up there in a while, so I'm not sure. Anyway if that's not available, maybe a google search for Holland banks with debit cards would yield some results. The only thing I know about Holland is that my favorite beer (heineken) is made there, you can buy some killer bud just about anywhere legally, The Cannabis Cup awards are this month, and the nightlife is good as well. 8)

I cut down alot, but now I enjoy it more, and the medicinal use is more effective for stress than it ever was. One of these days, I'd like to take a vacation in Holland and Sweden. Things look like theyre happening out there as far as nightlife and all. New York aint what it used to be. It's a fukin police state since 9/11.

Back on topic, I did a quick google search for banks in Holland, but theyre all written in Dutch. I'll let you take it from there.

True dat. but in amsterdam in particular, it's crazy. it's more obvious, way out in the open. even prostitution. but what kills me about prostitution, even though it's legal, it's illegal to take pictures of them. (invading their privacy if a pic is taken of them)

Thats some weird sh!t about taking pictures.

The thing I respect alot more about Amsterdam (other than weed being legal) is the drug treatment programs they have for addicts. For heroin addicts in particular, they have a Heroin Maintenance Program, where they give the person heroin laced cigarettes which decrease in dosage, so they can wean off it easier. Then once they beat the addiction, there's programs available for job/trade skills, so they can lead productive lives again. We dont have that sh!t here in the states. They just lock people up and/or give them methadone or something else to get additcted to, and no help at all for job/trade skills. I've known tooo many people that have died or been sent to prison. The "war on drugs" here is nothing but a fraud.

I started at 13, but I wouldnt personally reccomend or condone it to any kids out there. It's better for them to find a hobby (I recommend and condone music as the drug of choice), and to stay in school.
