Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

for the cool words and encouragement.
Dubmunkey, I had already bought another MPC 2000 XL with 8 outs and max RAM for $800 at the Guitar Center here in town, so that is why i was even happier to see my money back. I still have a gear lust so I'll probably spent atleast half of this $670 on more gear, I've been eyeballin this Mic and preamp for a while plus I could use some new Monitors ;)

I'll never buy an MPC on Ebay. They sell to close to the actual sale price of a brand new MPC. If I'm gonna shed $1000 for an MPC on ebay and a brand new one costs $1200, then I'm going to the store.

Great news to hear that you got your loot back :D

Its hard too say but, purchasing via internet is very risky, not only your problem but also guaranty, some support and problems like this.

So if you buy a product like an MPC buy it brand new, its maybe much expensive but youre assured.....If something will be broken from my MPC I go back too the store..that simple.
