Most DJ CD decks (i have a pair of pioneer cdj1000's, cdj 500 mk2's and cdj 600's) have only stereo phono outs or a stereo digital coax out (like on the cdj 1000's).

so either the stereo Phone to 1/4 jack cable (into the MPC) = more likely

or

digital coax to coax cable (if your MPC has digital in).

Well they're not technically "phono" outs. Phono is only for old-style turntables, where the signal needed to be amped further before it was very audible. They'd be regular RCAs most likely. No further amplification needed. Even some traditional turntables these days are coming equipped with internal amps and regular RCA outs, which is great for people with no phono amp or DJ mixer. (lotta home stereo systems would come without phono in too, these days, I figure)

"Phone" jacks are actually 1/4" jacks and not RCAs. You need to ask for RCAs if that's what you're after.

Just clarifying because if dude orders the wrong thing or whatever, the jig's up.
