Scenerio:
You press the next seq button another screen comes up, then i press pads. It allows you to pick the patterns with the pads, my question is how do you go past #64 (only allows you to go up to 64). If I have a sequence in 99 how do i pick it from the pads.

"why would you have 64+ sequences in one program?"

Huh? Programs do not have sequences. Do you mean 64 tracks in a sequence? There are times and situations where I almost hit 99.
