hey, this is my first time posting in the forums here.
i was wondering if anyone had any techniques/ideas/tips on finding individual crash hits or cymbals. i take pretty much all of my samples from vinyl, but finding cymbals is proving to be quite difficult. i'd really like to find them so that i can start using my mpc live. i also don't use samplepacks, they seem like cheating. any ideas?
