Production tips from the pros

Does anyone know of any websites or magazines where pros talk about their setups or techniques (sampling, production techniques)? There was a DJ shadow interview posted here a while ago that was really good. If you know of any good interviews, etc. please post the links here.

What up? I'm new to the site, but been reading it for minute. I hardly call myself a pro, but I was working a dead end job got fired, and ended up producing a platinum record in 2002. So I'm somewhere b/n novice and producer. Still learning stuff everyday. Learned alot of stuff from people on this site. I'm a gear freak and have a pretty nice set up. Anybody got any questions, I'll tell you what I know. And vice versa.

Nappy Roots. Watermelon, Chicken and Gritz. I did 10 joints including the 1st single "Awnaw" If you got the record peep the credits

You produced "Awnaw" ??? I just peeped the credits, do you always go by "Average"?
