MCD files dissappeared

I have a mpc200xl w/ a MCD drive. My compact card had my files in them but they dissappeared while I was working on a beat. U know what' happnd?

U didnt save them correctly maybe. Give more info

everything was saved correctly, i've been using the card here and there and things were fine. Except recently I was working on a beat and noticed all of the file in da compact flash card was either erased or something.

I tried turning off da mpc and turnin on again to load one of my old beat but they're all gone. It's like they dissappeared on me

what kind of disk do u have? I heard if u ship it back to the company they can retrieve the files. Did u mistakingly format the disk?

I have a 1.0 gb San Disk and I didn't do anything to it except load, save files.

It's not any different than retreiving files from hard drive, Zip drive, Syquest, Orb, or floppy.

but how do u retrieve it back?
