I dropped $500 on a prog Italian lp. Sampled it, sold the record for $600 on ebay. There were only 200 pressed and never been bootlegged or re-issued. The drums were sick. I could have got $800 if I waited. I also dropped $150 on Giant last time I was in NYC, but that's worth it. I've been looking for 5 years now!! Let's see...I spend $40 on Dolly Wilson in Chicago, but that was 5 years ago and I haven't seen it since. I can't see myself finding it again

There is no point in sampling re-issues or breakbeats comp's...they are WACK. People are forgetting part of what makes sampling dope is finding something others don't have yet....thgese days people aren't digging for new records...they're following what others are finding.....

I have paid over $100 dollars on numerous occasions for a record.
Eventually you get to the point where you just have to.
I have no regrets and one of the illest collections around.
I have also found $100 dollar records for $1 on numerous occasions.
It all balances out I suppose.
It kills me how many people on here will pay $50 for an eighth of chronic but wont drop $50 on a record. I work hard so I can afford both.
hee hee.

Peace,
Heavy

Let's goto Randstad 7" ...

I gotta hitup the Videostore and get some Blunts fast before it closes.
I'll toss a link in your direction after I manage to tear my eyes off the "used VHS for sale pile".
